PAUSED Is used in the system to indicated when a user has paused Fabricating or Inspecting an assembly.

This could be a result of the user taking a break, switching to a different task or finishing for the day. 

For instance, if your assembly has Inspecting or Fabricating status, you will be asked to change the stated to Inspected or Fabricated while exiting the assembly window (by clicking on the Home or Exit button).
